This year I’m working closely with my wife Elena, a loan broker at Bayview Residential in
Campbell. We don’t usually take interest rate hype too seriously, but Freddie Mac says rates are
the lowest since they started tracking, in 1971. Read about it at CNN.com
Now is the time to refinance to either lower your monthly payment or reduce the life of your loan. Elena is getting new purchase loans and refi’s (jumbo and conforming) for her clients at about 4%.
